ERP Teamlead

At Context&, we are looking for an ERP Consultant who is eager to take on leadership responsibility for one of our ERP teams. At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. ERP & Digital Experience

You will be part of our department working with both ERP and web solutions. We help businesses digitize and optimize their processes by combining robust Business Central solutions with tailored web portals and e-commerce platforms.
We constantly think about how we can integrate AI for our customers, which is why we have developed our Finance AI Agent targeted at finance departments. The goal is to make it easier for our customers to run their business, strengthen their digital presence, and free up time for what creates value.
In the team, we work closely across competencies and geographies and collaborate with our other Business Lines xPM, Custom Solutions, and AI Business Solutions to ensure customers get the best solutions and experience.

What can you expect in this role?

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and distributing tasks within your team, as well as coordinating and following up internally and with customers. At the same time, you will independently handle ERP consulting tasks, both ad hoc and in larger projects. You will play an important role in continuing our growth ambitions.
You will report to the Consulting Director and become part of a workplace with a high professional level and an informal, collegial tone. Your tasks will include:

• Participating in the daily management of our consulting department in Albertslund

• Distributing tasks within the department and following up on them

• Performing your own consulting tasks with customers and in larger implementation projects

• Business advisory and process/needs analysis

• Participating in pre-sales activities

• Coordinating and sparring with other departments in Context&

What do we expect from you?

• Experienced Business Central consultant with an interest in leadership responsibility

• Strong team player who can delegate and follow up effectively

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken

• Well-organized and committed to honoring agreements and deadlines

• Positive attitude, good humor, and strong relationship-building skills
