AI Business Solutions

In AI Business Solutions, you will become part of one of Denmark’s largest departments within the field. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, and Microsoft 365 with agentic AI, advanced analytics, and strong security and business continuity practices.

Across CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, we deliver solutions that:

You will join a highly skilled professional environment consisting of approximately 100 specialists, architects, consultants, and developers working together to deliver some of the most complex solutions built on the Microsoft platform in Denmark. Your Role as Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you will share responsibility for the success of our customer projects. In close collaboration with project managers, who hold the commercial responsibility, you will be responsible for technical delivery and solution architecture.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Engage in discussions with customer decision-makers

• Contribute to sales, estimation, and delivery of projects

• Help develop the consulting capabilities of your colleagues

• Identify commercial opportunities and translate customer processes into technical solutions

• Design solution architectures

• Lead delivery and architecture for some of Denmark’s most complex Dynamics 365 implementations across both public and private sector organizations

• Take ownership of your responsibilities while ensuring the quality of the overall solution

• Work closely with customers and be flexible about working onsite when it adds value to collaboration and project success

What Do We Expect from You?

• 8+ years of experience implementing larger Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and/or XRM solutions

• Strong familiarity with Dataverse and the tools and services within the Power Platform and Azure ecosystems

• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools, including CI/CD practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English

• Experience working in agile environments and thrive in a culture where we experiment responsibly and learn quickly as we integrate AI into processes and solutions
