Full-time People & Culture Role for Gap Year Students

You’ll become part of a dynamic and ambitious People & Culture team (PaC, formerly known as HR). Since Context& is a “people business,” we focus on creating the best possible framework for well-being, development, and a great culture for our talented colleagues. We work closely together as an engaged team that supports each other, has fun at work, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both colleagues and candidates. 

We work with the entire employee journey – from recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding to development and talent retention. Our People & Culture team also works to promote well-being, engagement, and Context&’s values through various initiatives and strategies. 

Your Primary Responsibilities 

You’ll join us full-time at either our Virum or Aarhus office, where you’ll play an active role in creating a positive workplace experience and supporting our People & Culture team. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting with maintaining and updating data in our HR systems.  

• Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues at Context&.  

• Helping the Talent Acquisition team find and reach out to exciting candidates on LinkedIn.  

• Contributing to the atmosphere and company culture by helping organize events such as DHL, Friday bars, Christmas gatherings, etc. 

• Handling practical Office Management tasks.  

• Taking care of administrative and ad hoc assignments.  

Who Are You?

• You’ve finished high school and are looking for a full-time job lasting at least 12 months.  

• You’re service-minded, outgoing, enthusiastic, and bring a positive attitude - always showing up to work with a smile.  

• You’re good at handling many different types of tasks and can balance several responsibilities in a workday.  

• You work independently and proactively, with the ability to prioritize your own time.  

• You’re fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
