Job description
Would you like to be part of starting a Business Central team in Aalborg? Are you currently working as a business consultant or in team leadership within Business Central? Then this position could have your interest.
At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

About Our Business Line: ERP & Digital Experience (DX)
You’ll become part of our ERP & DX Business Line, which helps companies digitize and optimize processes. We combine robust Business Central solutions with web portals and e-commerce platforms – with AI as an integrated element.
For example, we’ve developed a Finance AI agent for Business Central that makes it easier for finance departments to automate and streamline their work. The goal is to free up time for what creates real value for customers.
We work closely across competencies and locations to create solutions that make a real difference. With us, you’ll have the freedom to shape your role and development in a flexible work environment
What Can You Expect in This Role?
You’ll play a key role in building our Business Central business in Aalborg, working closely with colleagues at our Aalborg office who specialize in CRM, Azure, xPM, and Power Platform. You’ll also be part of the Team Lead group in the ERP & DX Business Line, collaborating with colleagues in Aarhus and Copenhagen. You’ll have an important role in driving our growth ambitions forward. Specifically, your tasks will include:
Building our team in Aalborg as Team Lead
Implementing ERP solutions based on Business Central
Providing business consulting and analyzing customer processes and needs
Handling both smaller ad hoc tasks and larger implementation projects
Training and participating in pre-sales activities
What Do We Expect From You?
Experience as a consultant within Business Central
A strong team player with a positive attitude, good humor, and excellent relationship skills
Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
Well-organized and committed to honoring agreements and deadlines
Customer- and solution-oriented approach with solid business understanding
