Job description

Do you possess the vision to redefine business operations in the Gen-AI era by developing solutions that transform processes and deliver tangible business value?

We are looking for a Business Solutions Lead for our Custom Solutions department, our AI‑native delivery practice at Context&. At Context&, we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated component. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

You will become part of a community where we set high standards for quality and work together to solve tasks through knowledge sharing and close collaboration. With us, you’ll join a workplace where professional development, flexibility, and community go hand in hand.

Custom Solutions

We aim to pioneer and lead within Agentic Software Engineering (ASWE): AI agents that co‑develop, test, and scale solutions alongside human engineers. We build tailored solutions that translate complex business needs into modern and secure digital solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure. Our focus areas include developing AI‑driven solutions that enable organizations to work in completely new ways and accelerate their digital transformation journey.

We have three focus areas:

  • Agentic Transformation: Helping customers transform their development teams to become agent‑driven and engineering‑led.

  • Agentic Delivery: Delivering custom‑built solutions to their real‑world challenges with speed and quality.

  • Agentic Platforms: Building AI infrastructure on Azure that enables our customers to go Agentic First.

Your role and how you create value

As our commercial problem solver, you work closely with customers from the early dialogues through to implementation. You help them rethink processes in the GenAI era, identify opportunities, and turn ambitions into concrete solutions that create real business value. You act as an advisor and designer—and you help drive the commercial relationship.

You build relationships, advise, design, and help drive the commercial relationship—and you naturally open new doors when you meet customers.

You will therefore:

  • Drive commercial opportunities and relationships. You open new dialogues, spot opportunities, and build pipeline as a natural part of your work. You mature opportunities, drive proposals, and own parts of the commercial relationship—without being a traditional salesperson.

  • Understand customers’ current ways of working and show what is possible with custom-built solutions and GenAI.

  • Build and shape solutions by translating business problems into solutions and value. Scope projects, define goals, and design approaches that fit the customer’s reality.

  • Own the delivery dialogue by driving analysis, scoping, and expectation alignment, and ensuring a clear thread from first dialogue to delivery.

  • Work closely with our Agentic Software Engineers and ensure quality, feasibility, and progress in the solution.

  • Create decision support by developing roadmaps, sketches, and PoCs that make it easier for customers to make decisions.

You navigate a Nordic context with a trust-based culture, consensus-driven change, and regulatory requirements.

Who are you?

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a consultant, solution architect, or in a senior commercial/technical role where you have created value for customers

  • You don’t need to be able to code or build models—but you understand architecture and feasibility well enough to spar meaningfully with engineers.

  • Think commercially, with the customer’s reality at the center

  • See a business process and immediately think: “This could work completely differently and better”

  • Can operate in executive environments, challenge a technical architecture, and communicate complex ideas clearly in both Danish and English

  • Know how to build trust in Nordic enterprise contexts and navigate consensus-driven environments

  • Thrive in ambiguity, quickly get to the real problem, and create solutions that work in practice

  • Are motivated by working in an AI-first environment and creating modern, future-proof solutions

What the role is not

This is not a developer role, not a classic CSM position, and not a pure process-consulting role. We are looking for the hybrid profile that combines a commercial mindset, process understanding, and technical overview—and who can build relationships, open doors, and drive opportunities forward.
