Business Solution Lead

We are looking for a Business Solutions Lead for our Custom Solutions department, our AI‑native delivery practice at Context&. At Context&, we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated component. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

Custom Solutions 

We aim to pioneer and lead within Agentic Software Engineering (ASWE): AI agents that co‑develop, test, and scale solutions alongside human engineers. We build tailored solutions that translate complex business needs into modern and secure digital solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure. Our focus areas include developing AI‑driven solutions that enable organizations to work in completely new ways and accelerate their digital transformation journey. 

We have three focus areas: 

• Agentic Transformation: Helping customers transform their development teams to become agent‑driven and engineering‑led. 

• Agentic Delivery: Delivering custom‑built solutions to their real‑world challenges with speed and quality. 

• Agentic Platforms: Building AI infrastructure on Azure that enables our customers to go Agentic First. 

Your role – and how you create value 

As our commercial problem‑solver, you work closely with customers from the earliest conversations to implementation. You help them rethink processes in the GenAI era, identify opportunities, and translate ambition into concrete solutions that create real business value. You act as advisor, designer, and driver of the commercial relationship. 

You will therefore: 

• Analyze and rethink processes: Understand customers’ current workflows and showcase what is possible with custom‑built solutions and GenAI. 

• Build and shape solutions: Translate business challenges into solutions and value. Scope projects, define objectives, and design approaches tailored to the customer’s reality. 

• Drive commercial growth: Build pipeline, shape proposals, expand relationships, and take responsibility with the customer at the center. 

• Facilitate collaboration: Work closely with customers and our Agentic Software Engineers to ensure solutions are implemented and scaled. 

• Create decision frameworks: Develop roadmaps, sketches, and PoCs that help customers make informed decisions. 

You will navigate a Nordic context characterized by trust‑based culture, consensus‑driven change, and regulation. 

Who are you? 

• You have 5+ years of experience as a consultant, solutions architect, or in a senior commercial/technical role where you have created value for customers. 

• You are familiar with GenAI concepts and comfortable within the Microsoft ecosystem — and you know what is realistically buildable. 

• You think commercially, always with the customer’s reality in focus. 

• You see a business process and immediately think: “This could work completely differently — and better.” 

• You can engage at executive level, challenge technical architectures, and communicate complex ideas clearly — in both Danish and English. 

• You know how to build trust in Nordic enterprise contexts and navigate consensus‑driven environments. 

• You thrive in ambiguity, quickly get to the core of the real problem, and design solutions that work in practice. 

• You are motivated by working in an AI‑first environment and by creating modern, future‑proof solutions.
