AI Business Solutions

In AI Business Solutions, you will become part of one of Denmark’s largest departments within this field. We help our customers embed AI, data, and automation directly into their business processes, making them more resilient, intelligent, and future-ready. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, and Microsoft 365 with agentic AI, advanced analytics, and strong security and business continuity practices.

Across CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, we deliver solutions that:

Your Role as People Lead

Your responsibilities as a People Lead are primarily divided into two areas: consulting and leadership.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring successful deliveries for strategic customers. You will participate in sales meetings and advise customers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Primary Apps, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will design solutions that create business value, facilitate workshops, and drive a shared understanding of customer needs. You will be accountable for the quality of delivered solutions and actively identify new business opportunities. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing development of Context&’s offerings, ensuring they remain relevant, innovative, and of the highest quality.

As a leader, you will have direct responsibility for the well-being and professional development of your own consulting team. You will ensure that the team is allocated to value-creating projects and lead through a management style characterized by presence, recognition, and mutual respect—values that are deeply embedded in the culture of Context&. You will play a key role in expanding the team as the business grows. As an active member of the AI Business Solutions leadership team, you will help define the strategic direction and ensure that Context& remains Denmark’s best workplace and consultancy partner.

What qualities do we expect you to bring?

• Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and Power Platform

• Consulting experience and the ability to lead complex Dynamics 365 CE projects from concept through implementation

• Experience leading consulting teams and developing people

• A strong understanding of how technology and business create value together
