AI Business Solutions
In AI Business Solutions, you will become part of one of Denmark’s largest departments within this field. We help our customers embed AI, data, and automation directly into their business processes, making them more resilient, intelligent, and future-ready. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, and Microsoft 365 with agentic AI, advanced analytics, and strong security and business continuity practices.

Your role as People Lead
You create the framework that enables employees to thrive and develop, but the role is about far more than traditional people management. You are responsible for the team’s capacity, performance, budget achievement, and continued growth. Together with the rest of the leadership team, you ensure that the right competencies are available, that employees are allocated to the right assignments, and that the team evolves in line with the company’s ambitions.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading, developing, and motivating a team of consultants and specialists while fostering high levels of well-being, engagement, and performance.
Ensuring effective staffing and allocation of team resources to achieve the best possible match between competencies and customer needs.
Taking ownership of the team’s budget, utilization, and financial performance, while monitoring results and achievement of targets.
Identifying competency gaps and driving recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the team.
Conducting career, development, and salary conversations and supporting each employee’s professional and personal growth.
Actively contributing to the development of the team’s professional position, culture, and market growth.
At Context&, we're all consultants
As a People Lead, you are also a consultant, responsible for leading projects and ensuring successful deliveries for strategic customers. You participate in sales meetings and provide advisory services on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Primary Apps, as well as the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You design solutions that create value, facilitate workshops, and help establish a shared understanding of customer needs. You are accountable for the quality of delivered solutions and actively identify opportunities for additional business. In addition, you contribute to the ongoing development of Context&’s offerings, ensuring they remain tailored to customer needs and of the highest quality.

What qualities do we expect you to bring?
Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and Power Platform
Consulting experience and the ability to lead complex Dynamics 365 CE projects from concept through implementation
Experience leading consulting teams and developing people
A strong understanding of how technology and business create value together
