    • Virum

Job description

Are you strong in systems, data, and AI process design – and motivated to apply it close to leaders, people, and the organization? Then you might be the profile we are looking for to drive the next generation of People partnering at Context&.

At Context&, we are building an AI-first, human-led setup with Microsoft technology at the core. In People & Culture, this means designing workflows, decision support, and leadership practices so that people and digital colleagues can work closely together – responsibly, at scale, and with real business value.

You will become part of a team with high professional standards, close collaboration, and room to build solutions that work in practice. We operate with a clear focus on well-being, integrity, and presence in everyday work. People & Culture at Context& is not only about data and systems, but also about ensuring strong frameworks and a sustainable working day for both leaders and employees.

The role
We are looking for a profile who can operate at the intersection of AI, business, and people. You will design People processes and systems that both strengthen leaders in their daily work and prepare us for a more AI-supported way of working.

In addition to helping shape the future People setup, you will also be part of the day-to-day People agenda, where you support leaders and the organization through sparring, system support, and selected People Partner responsibilities.

This is a role for someone who sees People partnering as more than relationships alone: as the ability to build structure, data foundations, AI solutions, and workflows that enable stronger leadership while ensuring employees thrive and develop.

Key responsibilities
You will have a broad scope of responsibility, spanning from analysis and system design to well-being and People operations. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and further developing scalable People processes, dashboards, and reporting flows

  • Advising leaders based on analyses, patterns, and AI-supported decision-making

  • Developing and driving annual People processes to make them simpler, more data-driven, and better supported by AI

  • Supporting work on well-being, working environment, and psychological safety – including translating engagement signals and feedback into concrete actions for leaders

  • Ensuring structure and consistency in People data, master data, and documentation across systems

We imagine that you

  • Have 3–5 years of experience from a similar role, or from a technical/data-oriented role with an interest in People & Culture

  • Are strong in systems and data – and motivated by designing and improving scalable, high-quality People processes

  • Have experience applying AI in practice and are motivated to develop AI-supported workflows and decision-making processes

  • Take a business-oriented approach to translating data and insights into concrete guidance and decision support for leaders

  • Can work at the intersection of people, organization, and technology, and bring structure to complex contexts

  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
