AI Business Solutions

In AI Business Solutions, you will become part of one of Denmark’s largest departments within the field. We help our clients embed AI, data, and automation directly into their business processes to make them more resilient, intelligent, and future-proof.

Your responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Context&, you will have a broad interface and, together with an architect, drive large and complex projects for both public and private organizations. You will play a key role in ensuring project success and act as the natural link between what happens in delivery and the wider organization.

• Managing collaboration with the client, including stakeholder management

• Ensuring team well-being as a key priority

• Planning projects from sales to go-live and ensuring a smooth transition afterwards

• Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Maintaining financial overview, handling change management, and ensuring accurate reporting to support informed decision-making

Must-have competencies

• +10 years of experience as a Project Manager for IT delivery projects within the public sector, financial services, or life sciences, with responsibility for time and budget

• Experience from the consulting industry, either through a similar role or as part of your career

• Experience working within a program organization or project manager group under a Program Manager

• Experience with PRINCE2 Agile or similar hybrid governance with stage gates

• Experience managing dependencies across multiple Scrum teams or project tracks

• Experience with fixed-price and/or penalty-based contracts and strict milestone management

• Experience with projects involving multiple external integrations and/or data migration

• Native-level Danish and professional working proficiency in English

Nice-to-have competencies

• Experience with public sector projects and tenders

• Experience with consortium setups and subcontractor/partner collaboration

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or Power Platform

• SAFe and/or Scrum certification
