We’re in the process of building the Agent team of the future, working with AI-driven agents based on Microsoft technology. We help our customers achieve tangible business outcomes through intelligent, automated solutions. That’s why we’re looking for a talented Senior Agent Specialist who wants to shape the future and deliver solutions that transform the way our clients work.

As Senior Agent Specialist in Context&, you’ll be part of a dedicated Agent team. You’ll play a key role in driving our projects and in identifying, designing, and implementing AI agents and automations for our clients. You’ll work across both business and technology, keeping your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies, presales activities, and business understanding. You’ll often be close to the customer and their business, actively involved throughout the entire process from needs assessment to solution design and follow-up.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform and AI agents. 

• Facilitate workshops and take the lead in customer dialogues.

• Contribute to presales activities and create demos of agent solutions.

• Understand client business needs and translate them into solutions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across business areas and technologies.

• Actively participate in our internal agent community and share knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 3–5 years of relevant experience as a consultant.

• Has deep experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

• Has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and preferably AI Builder.

• Has practical experience with automation, low-code solutions, and AI.

• Is comfortable working with AI prompts.

• Has built applications based on Dataverse.

• Has technical knowledge of or experience building chatbots, e.g., in Microsoft Bot Framework.

• Understands Business Process Modeling and can apply it to process work.

• Has experience with presales, demos, and client interactions.

• Communicates clearly and effectively in both Danish and English.
