As a Senior Consultant in Business Continuity at Context&, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, further developing, and advising on Microsoft solutions that are business critical to our customers. You work close to both the technology and the customers, ensuring high quality, stable operations, and continuous improvements – also long after the original implementation is completed.

Your role
You work directly with customers and take ownership of the technical quality of the systems you are responsible for. It’s a varied role where you alternate between larger development tasks and smaller improvements across multiple customers – and you’ll have real influence on both the solutions and the client relationships.

• Further develop solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure – with a focus on quality, robustness, and customer value

• Build plugins, integrations, and custom solutions in C# and TypeScript, ensuring high code quality using Context&’s open-source tools such as DAXIF, XrmDefinitelyTyped, and XrmMockup

• Advise customers on technical direction, requirements, and trade-offs – understanding their business, not just their code

• Assess when to code and when low-code/no-code is the better approach, with a focus on maintainability and operations

• Share experiences, patterns, and ways of working that strengthen collaboration and deliveries

What do we expect from you?

• Strong technical foundation in C#, .NET, and TypeScript/JavaScript, as well as general object-oriented development

• Experience with or knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or the Power Platform

• Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET and at least 2 years with TypeScript and frameworks such as React

• Experience using AI coding tools and LLMs as part of your development practices

• Knowledge of Azure, relational data modeling, Git, and CI/CD

• Ability to discuss processes, workflows, and business needs with customers

• Clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken (Danish and English)

• Experience with extending SharePoint solutions and working with data through Synapse or similar

• Curiosity about AI-assisted development practices, such as prompt engineering, agent workflows, or custom tooling

Who is Business Continuity?
Business Continuity is the part of Context& responsible for customers after implementation. We work long-term, helping customers optimize and further develop their solutions in line with evolving business needs. The team consists of around 30 dedicated colleagues across three of our Danish offices, working closely together – both internally and with customers – to ensure stable solutions and high customer satisfaction.
