Custom Solutions 

We aim to pioneer and lead the way in Agentic Software Engineering (ASWE): AI agents that co-develop, test, and scale solutions alongside human engineers. 

We design and build tailored solutions that transform complex business challenges into modern, secure digital solutions, primarily on Microsoft Azure. Our focus includes developing AI-powered solutions that enable organizations to work in entirely new ways and accelerate their digital transformation. 

We focus on three key areas: 

• Agentic Transformation: Helping customers transform their development organizations and ways of working through AI and agent-based solutions. 

• Agentic Delivery: Delivering custom-built solutions that solve real business challenges with speed and quality. 

• Agentic Platforms: Building AI infrastructure on Azure that enables customers to operate with an Agentic First mindset. 

Your Role

You will act as the bridge between our customers' business needs and our technical specialists. You'll help customers understand their challenges, identify new opportunities, and translate their needs into solutions that create real business value. 

Working closely with customers from the initial conversations through implementation, you'll ensure business requirements are translated into a clear foundation that our developers and technical specialists can build upon. 

You are no longer a developer, but neither are you a traditional salesperson. You are not expected to write code, but you have a strong technical foundation that enables you to understand the fundamentals of software development and Microsoft Azure. At the same time, you understand business priorities, build trusted relationships with customers, and help shape the technical initiatives that make a difference. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and facilitating customer meetings and workshops where you listen, ask the right questions, and uncover business challenges, processes, and needs.

• Building and strengthening customer relationships through trusted advisory and professional credibility.

• Identifying new opportunities within existing customer relationships and turning them into concrete initiatives.

• Eliciting customer requirements and translating business challenges into relevant technical solution options.

• Contributing to analyses, roadmaps, proposals, tenders, and solution designs.

• Working closely with developers, architects, and AI specialists to qualify customer requirements and shape the right solution.

• Translating business and technical requirements into clear communication and documentation that development teams can act upon.

• Assessing technical needs to ensure the right specialists are engaged at the right time.

• Adapting your communication style to business stakeholders, technical specialists, and decision-makers alike.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, advisor, or similar within IT, digital transformation, or business transformation.

• Enjoy customer dialogue, relationship building, and understanding business challenges and opportunities.

• Can turn complex problems into clear recommendations and solutions that create business value.

• Have a solid technical foundation and an understanding of cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure, and software development principles.

• Communicate confidently in both Danish and English and can bridge the gap between customers, consultants, and technical specialists.

Experience with solutions such as Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Umbraco, or other CMS platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are curious, business-oriented, and able to see how technology can be transformed into valuable outcomes for customers.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a developer role, a dedicated project management role, or a traditional sales role.

We're looking for a consultant who combines strong business acumen with a solid technical foundation and genuine curiosity. Someone who can understand customer challenges, bring structure to complex requirements, and translate them into a clear foundation for the right technical solution.
