Do you have 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and want to take the next step in a role where AI, Microsoft Copilot, and consultative selling come together? At Context&, we work with Microsoft solutions where AI is an integrated part of everything we do. We are more than 400 colleagues across six offices in Denmark and Finland, helping both public and private sector customers achieve measurable results through technology, data, and business insight.

We are now accelerating our Copilot program for our customers. We help organizations translate their Copilot investments into tangible business value and new ways of working. Therefore, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Specialist who wants to help build and grow our Copilot business in close collaboration with some of Denmark’s most talented Microsoft specialists.

Your Role

We have already developed the services and offerings that help customers succeed with Microsoft Copilot. Now we are looking for the person who can drive the commercial journey.

You will become part of a dedicated Copilot team and take ownership of the commercial side of the business—with support from experienced colleagues, Microsoft specialists, and an organization that already has strong services and customer relationships in place. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than traditional sales: someone who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility, and help shape a rapidly growing market without having to do it alone.

This is an opportunity to grow from a strong sales professional into a trusted advisor and specialist. You will gain access to sparring from experienced colleagues, insight into some of the most exciting AI use cases in the market, and the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility for customers, pipeline development, and go-to-market activities.

Your Responsibilities

Build pipeline and drive growth
You will build and develop a pipeline of opportunities across both existing customers and new relationships. You will identify organizations with untapped Copilot potential and drive the entire sales process from the first conversation to a signed agreement—often in close collaboration with Microsoft.

Consultative selling focused on business value
You will engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and uncover where AI can create real value. Together with the customer, you will translate needs into business cases and actionable initiatives. You sell business outcomes and value—not features.

Collaborate across the organization
You will work closely with our Copilot specialists, consultants, and trainers, enabling you to bring customer needs into the solution while continuously developing your own understanding of AI, adoption, and Microsoft technologies. You own the sales dialogue, but success is created together.

Contribute to our AI growth strategy
You will help shape our go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Copilot. Through customer engagement and market insight, you will contribute valuable perspectives on customer needs, messaging, services, and commercial opportunities that strengthen our position in the market.

You Will Succeed in This Role If You

  • Have a strong commercial mindset and take responsibility for your pipeline, customers, and results.

  • Are a skilled communicator who builds trust and relationships—whether through phone calls, Teams meetings, or face-to-face interactions.

  • Are curious about AI and interested in how technology can create value for businesses.

  • Can structure complex needs and translate them into clear messages, business cases, and solutions.

  • Are highly proficient in both Danish and English.

  • Are eager to develop quickly and help build a new business area.

It Is an advantage If you have

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within technology, software, consulting services, or other complex solution sales, and are ready to develop into a more consultative and specialist-oriented sales role.

  • An interest in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be eager to understand how the technology creates value for customers.

  • Experience from a consulting company, SaaS environment, or another B2B setting involving complex customer dialogues.

  • An understanding of change management and organizational adoption of new technologies.
