Job description

Do you want to help build and mature information security and compliance in a Microsoft consulting company, where security is closely linked to client trust, business operations, and service delivery?

At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. We are more than 430 colleagues across six offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

You will become part of a community where we set high standards for quality and work together to solve tasks through knowledge sharing and close collaboration. With us, you’ll join a workplace where professional development, flexibility, and community go hand in hand.

Who will you work with?

You will become part of our internal IT organization and report directly to our CIO. In this role, you will play a key part in driving information security, compliance, governance, and audit activities across Context&.

You will work closely with our Cyber Security Specialist, who focuses on the technical implementation, operations, and security initiatives within our Microsoft environment. Your responsibility will be to ensure structure, requirements management, documentation, controls, audit readiness, and organizational adoption, while the technical implementation is carried out in close collaboration with your colleagues.

You will therefore work with a broad range of stakeholders, including leadership, consultants, client-facing teams, auditors, and external customers, as security and compliance continue to play an increasingly important role in both our internal operations and customer engagements.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

  • Drive and further develop our information security, compliance, and governance efforts.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 27001 principles, ISMS processes, and related controls.

  • Contribute to ISAE 3000/3402 initiatives, audit preparation, and ongoing compliance documentation.

  • Translate requirements from GDPR, NIS2, customer requirements, and other relevant standards into practical processes and controls.

  • Ensure structure and consistency across policies, procedures, risk assessments, controls, and evidence collection.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on findings and improvement initiatives.

  • Manage customer-facing security questionnaires, due diligence activities, and audit-related discussions.

  • Work closely with our Cyber Security Specialist on technical evidence, security initiatives, and continuous improvements.

  • Report security status, risks, and maturity levels to the CIO and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Help make information security and compliance understandable and practically applicable across the organization.

  • Support and maintain relevant certifications related to information security as well as other certifications that are important to our business.

Your qualifications

We imagine that you have experience working with information security, compliance, governance, audit, or IT risk management, and that you thrive in a role where you are responsible for creating structure while ensuring that things work in practice.

Experience in several of the following areas will be considered an advantage:

  • Information security, GRC, ISMS, IT governance, or compliance.

  • ISO 27001 and working with controls, policies, and documentation.

  • ISAE 3000/3402, SOC 2, or similar audit and assurance frameworks.

  • GDPR, NIS2, and preferably other relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Customer due diligence, security questionnaires, and collaboration with customers' security, legal, or compliance teams.

  • Risk management, supplier assessments, and follow-up on findings.

  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, or Microsoft-based security environments. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should be able to understand the context.

  • Communicating security and compliance topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a person, you are structured, pragmatic, and able to drive initiatives forward. You can balance requirements and compliance obligations with a practical approach, ensuring that security becomes an integrated part of daily operations without creating unnecessary complexity.
