AI Business Solutions 

In AI Business Solutions, you will become part of one of Denmark’s largest teams within the area. Here, we help our customers embed AI, data, and automation directly into their business processes, making them more robust, intelligent, and future‑ready. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, and Microsoft 365 with agentic AI, advanced analytics, and strong security and continuity practices.

Your role as Managing Consultant 

As a Managing Consultant, you will share responsibility for the success of customer projects. In close collaboration with project managers—who hold the commercial responsibility—you will have the technical delivery and architectural responsibility. This also includes identifying where AI creates the greatest business value. 

Therefore, it is important that you have: 

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and are able to engage in dialogue with customer decision‑makers 

• Experience with sales, estimation, and project delivery 

• A strong interest in developing the consulting skills of your colleagues 

• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate customer processes into technical solutions 

• Experience designing solution architectures 

• Responsibility for delivering large projects in close collaboration with the project manager 

• The ability to take ownership of your own tasks and ensure the quality of the overall solution 

• Willingness to work on‑site with customers a minimum of three days per week to ensure strong, stable, and long‑term collaboration 

What do we expect from you? 

• 5+ years of experience implementing larger Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and/or XRM solutions 

• Strong experience with Dataverse and the Power Platform / Azure toolset 

• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools, including CI/CD 

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken (Danish and English) 

• Used to working in agile environments and thriving in a setting where we experiment responsibly and learn quickly as we introduce AI into processes and solutions
