PPM Consultant to our xPM team

About the role – what you will actually do 

As a xPM Consultant, you will help organizations plan, prioritize, govern, and execute their projects and portfolios more intelligently. 

You work close to the customer. Understanding their strategy, portfolio challenges, resource constraints, and decision-making needs and translating these into well-designed xPM/PPM solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. 

Your role spans both business and technology: 

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders 

• Advising on portfolio, project, and resource management practices 

• Designing and configuring Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI) 

• Supporting implementations from early scoping to adoption and value realization 

This is not a pure developer role and not a traditional PMO role. It is a hybrid consulting role for someone who understands, or are curious about, the PPM space. Furthermore enjoys building solutions that get used.

Who are you? 

• At least 2+ years experience or strong interest in Project, Portfolio and/or Resource Management (PPM) 

• Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions 

• Experience facilitating workshops and working with multiple stakeholders 

• Understanding of different PPM approaches (agile, traditional, hybrid) 

• Experience working with IT systems – as consultant, super user, configurator or administrator 

Power Platform & technology 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially: 

• Power Apps 

• Power Automate 

• Power BI 

• Experience with or interest in implementing IT solutions end-to-end 

• Curiosity about how AI and Copilot can enhance PPM and decision-making 

• We value strong problem-solvers with learning ability just as much as deep specialization. 

Nice to have (not a must) 

• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-300, PL-400 

• Experience from consulting or complex organizational environments 

As a person, you are:

• Structured and able to work independently as well as collaboratively 

• Practical and solution-oriented 

• Comfortable balancing standard solutions with tailored customer needs

• You are based in/or willing to work from Aarhus or Søborg.
