Student Position - Portfolio and Project Management (xPM) Consultant

Ready to kickstart your tech career?
Are you a curious and ambitious student eager to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact? We’re looking for a part-time Consultant to join our xPM business line at our Søborg office - a flexible role designed to fit perfectly alongside your studies.

At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

You will become part of a community where we set high standards for quality and work together to solve tasks through knowledge sharing and close collaboration. With us, you’ll join a workplace where professional development, flexibility, and community go hand in hand.

Get to know xPM

xPM is a specialized business line within Context& focused on Strategy, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management. With 20+ years of experience, we combine deep domain expertise with Microsoft technologies like AI and Copilot to help organizations plan, prioritize, and manage resources effectively.

One of our key offerings is Projectum xPM, a platform of tools that adapts to an organization’s portfolio management needs. It aligns strategy, structure, and work types to simplify complex processes and drive successful execution. We go beyond software, delivering intuitive tools that fill market gaps and enhance decision-making.

As part of the xPM team, you’ll work at the intersection of tech and modern work practices in a collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented environment.

Who are you?
You’re a bachelor’s or master’s student within IT, business, or a related field. You’re curious, driven, and eager to turn your academic knowledge into real-world experience. More than just a student job, you’re looking for a chance to explore how technology shapes businesses and products.

In this role, you will fit in well if…

  • You’re curious about Microsoft’s Power Platform, Power BI, and AI/Copilot, and eager to explore how these tools create impact in today’s digital workspace.

  • You work independently but thrive in team environments.

  • You bring a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • You have a talent for breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.

  • You’re interested not only in IT, but also in how it drives business and product development.

  • You’re motivated by creativity, hands-on learning, and the chance to grow in a setting that values both.

You’ll join us in a flexible student role, working around 15 hours per week alongside your studies.

What you’ll be working on

You will take part in a large variety of tasks, and if your interests change underway, so can your work areas. As part of a dynamic team of consultants, you will help customers across Europe improve their business processes by setting up and configuring tailored solutions using:

  • Microsoft Power Platform

    • Configuration and extension of model driven apps, including forms, views, business rules, to adapt solutions to client-specific needs.

  • Microsoft Power Automate

    • Automating business processes, reducing manual input, improving efficiency

  • Microsoft Power BI/Fabric

    • Designing and configuring data models, reports, and dashboards to transform business data into actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Microsoft Copilot/Agents

    • Create AI-driven copilots and custom agents to enhance productivity, support decision-making, and automate user interactions.

  • Providing support to help customers get the most out of their solutions

  • Analyzing tasks and helping estimate what’s needed to get things done

We know you won’t know it all from day one, but if you’re eager to learn, motivated, and ready to have some fun along the way, you’ll fit right in!
