Team Lead - Business Continuity

Would you like to lead a strong consulting team and take responsibility for people, clients, and business?

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for Business Continuity at Context&. This is a role with broad responsibilities: you will develop and lead your team, ensure that your client engagements create long-term value, and set the direction for how the team works – not least how we use AI as an integrated part of development, operations, and advisory.

Your role
As Team Lead, you will have a broad and independent responsibility across three closely connected areas:

Leadership and people: You will lead, develop, and grow a team of four employees at our Aarhus office, with plans to expand. The team includes both developers and business-oriented consultants – some early in their careers, others with significant experience – all of whom need you to be a present and engaged leader in their daily work. You will be responsible for well-being, professional development, performance reviews, and recruitment, and you will be part of the Business Continuity leadership team.

Clients and business: You will be responsible for a portfolio of client engagements and for ensuring that our services are of the highest quality. You create transparency, align expectations, and drive progress, bringing a commercial mindset to developing relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. You will also contribute to prioritization, staffing, and the ongoing management of the team’s deliveries.

AI and ways of working: You will lead the way in how the team uses AI to deliver better and faster. You will set the direction for making agentic and generative AI a natural part of development, operations, and advisory, and bring AI into client dialogue so we can advise clients on how the technology can strengthen their business.

What we expect from you:

• Experience with leadership and a desire to take full responsibility for both people and business

• A background in a similar role where you have ensured the operation and maintenance of client solutions

• Proven experience implementing AI tools and new ways of working within a team

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem – you do not need to code yourself, but you should be able to discuss solutions, processes, and ways of working with clients

• A commercial mindset for developing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities

• Experience with or strong curiosity about agentic AI and generative AI – and the motivation to make it part of the team’s daily work

• A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal (Danish and English)
  Experience with or knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or the Power Platform
