Job description

Would you like to lead a strong consulting team, take ownership of customer relationships, and ensure that solutions in operation continue to create value?

We are currently looking for a Team Lead for Business Continuity for our office in Aarhus.

At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

You will become part of a community where we set high standards for quality and work together to solve tasks through knowledge sharing and close collaboration. With us, you’ll join a workplace where professional development, flexibility, and community go hand in hand.

Business Continuity

Business Continuity is responsible for our customers once solutions have gone live. We work long-term with maintenance, further development, and advisory services around customers’ Microsoft solutions ensuring they continue to support the business and evolve in line with customer needs.

We work closely with our customers on a day-to-day basis, take a proactive approach, and combine strong technical understanding with solid consulting skills always focusing on quality, stable operations, and long-lasting relationships.

Your team

We are looking for a skilled colleague for our Business Continuity team in Aarhus with experience from Application Management or operations-focused teams, where you have helped ensure stable operations and ongoing maintenance of customer solutions.

You take ownership, customer service comes naturally to you, and you enjoy helping shape the development of the team. You want to leave your mark on processes and continuously improve how we work.

If this sounds like you, and you also have leadership experience, you may be our next Team Lead in Business Continuity (BC).
BC is the team responsible for customers after implementation, maintaining and further developing solutions in close collaboration with customers. Today, the team consists of 26 dedicated consultants across our three offices in Denmark.

Your role

Your responsibilities are primarily divided into two areas: leadership and consulting  which in practice are closely connected in your day-to-day work.

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for leading, supporting, advising, and growing a dedicated team of 5 consultants at our Aarhus office. The team consists of both junior developers and experienced, business‑oriented consultants. Some are early in their careers, others bring significant experience all of whom need a present and attentive leader who can support them in their everyday work.

As a consultant you will be responsible for a group of customers and ensure that service levels are high and customers are satisfied. You enjoy working with multiple customers at the same time and handling a mix of larger initiatives and many smaller tasks. This creates a dynamic and varied workday.

You work in a structured and proactive manner and are able to create overview, alignment of expectations, and momentum both within the team and in dialogue with customers.

You are not required to code yourself, but you have a solid technical understanding that enables you to understand solutions at a high level, ask the right questions, and act as a strong sparring partner for both customers and consultants. At the same time, you have a commercial mindset and can identify opportunities within existing customer collaborations always with quality and long-term relationships in mind.

You are successful in the role when

  • Your employees thrive — personally, socially, and professionally

  • Your employees develop and take ownership of their roles

  • Customers are satisfied and experience high quality in the collaboration

  • There is structure, overview, and clear priorities in everyday work

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience from a similar role

  • Has strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Has experience with or strong curiosity about Agentic AI and Generative AI, including how AI can support development, operations, and consulting work

  • Is strong with people and has experience with leadership

  • Can discuss solutions, processes, and workflows with customers

  • Is a clear and confident communicator both written and verbal in Danish and English

  • Has experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem
