Job description

Do you thrive on taking responsibility for solutions that are already in production and making them even better in close collaboration with customers?

As a Senior Consultant in Business Continuity at Context&, you will play a key role in maintaining, further developing, and advising on Microsoft-based solutions that are business-critical for our customers. You will work closely with both the technology and the customers, ensuring high quality, stable operations, and continuous improvements — long after the initial implementation has been completed.

At Context& we work with Microsoft solutions, always with AI as an integrated part. We are more than 330 colleagues across five offices in Denmark, collaborating with both public and private clients on projects that deliver measurable results.

You will become part of a community where we set high standards for quality and work together to solve tasks through knowledge sharing and close collaboration. With us, you’ll join a workplace where professional development, flexibility, and community go hand in hand.

About Business Continuity

We are looking for a skilled and experienced consultant to join our Business Continuity team. Business Continuity is the part of Context& responsible for customers after implementation. We work long-term with our customers and help them maintain, optimize, and further develop their solutions as their business needs evolve.

The team consists of dedicated colleagues across our offices in Denmark. We collaborate closely both internally and with our customers to ensure stable solutions and high customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

You enjoy working with multiple customers at the same time and thrive in a role where your day alternates between larger tasks and smaller improvements. This creates a varied and dynamic role where you have significant influence on both solutions and customer collaboration.

As a Senior Consultant in Business Continuity, you will spend a large part of your time maintaining and further developing solutions in close collaboration with customers. You help define requirements, advise on the right technical direction, and ensure that solutions are sustainable — both technically and organizationally.

  • Your technical responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Further development of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform

  • Developing and maintaining plugins, integrations, and custom solutions

  • Working with CI/CD pipelines and Azure infrastructure

  • Developing custom .NET and TypeScript solutions

  • Ensuring high code quality using Context&’s open-source tools, such as DAXIF, XrmDefinitelyTyped, and XrmMockup

  • Assessing when code vs. low-code/no-code is the best solution — with a focus on maintainability, future development, and the customer’s ability to operate the solution themselves

Who are you?

First and foremost, you are a great colleague with a solid professional foundation and a strong sense of craftsmanship. You take ownership of your tasks, willingly share your knowledge, support your colleagues, and contribute to the team whenever you can.

You work proactively and in a structured way, using your experience to advise customers — even when that means constructively challenging their wishes to ensure the best long-term solution. You thrive in a role where you can work independently while also sparring closely with others, and you are comfortable engaging directly with customers.

In the Business Continuity team, you will be involved in many different solutions and technologies. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in an environment where continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement are a natural part of everyday work. You speak up when you see opportunities for improvement and are motivated to help drive the team and its processes in the right direction.

What we expect from you

  • Strong technical foundation in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, and general object-oriented development

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with TypeScript and frameworks such as React

  • Familiarity with the Azure platform

  • Experience with relational data modeling

  • Experience with version control using Git

  • Experience working with CI/CD

  • Ability to discuss processes, workflows, and business understanding with customers

  • Clear and confident communicator — both written and verbal — in Danish and English

Additional experience that is a plus

  • Experience with or knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or the Power Platform

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL‑200, PL‑400)

  • Experience building or extending SharePoint solutions

  • Experience with data processing using Synapse or similar technologies
